Because we can't actually stick to our named "strong dollar policy" and because you own so much of our debt and because we know that your communist policies have made your workers more loyal to China than ours are to America and because we really can't do anything to you but use harsh language and because we know we're going to have to goto war with you within 20 years we want you to HELP US!!!!!!!
