Glenn Beck
Blow me.
Add him to the list of conservatives who want people to just be nice now. The conservatives want us in the middle, where the moderates are. All these people are now moderates. They consider themselves the middle. Blow me.
Thinking about it a bit more, I think these folks do consider themselves the middle since the entire paradigm has shifted to the right. They do not view themselves as the right-wing militia that exists, and they're certainly not liberal. They're the middle, and they want this country in the image of themselves! Shaft lick.
It is for exactly this reason, the one that allows people like Beck, and like Scarborough, that what is needed is not a "moderate" in the White House, or having moderates control Congress, but a liberal who drags the paradigm back to the left. Especially since the rest of the world now thinks we blow, and we may just need some help going forward.

These people have more sway than either pole!
