Read the NYTIMES News Analysis of the Supreme Court's decision to pretty much overturn Brown vs. Board of Education. The Wall St. Journal Op/Ed page seems to think this isn't the case, but of course they would say that. Afterall, the firmly support Roberts and Alito (as well as the rest). Yet it seems that all the people INOVLED WITH THE BROWN CASE seem to think otherwise. Hmmm, I wonder who is right?
The question is, does anything really change here? White conservative Republicans have been doing their best to keep blacks and minorities uneducated decades after Brown. This only makes it easier for them to do it.
It's all about white fear. Fear of not being dominant. Hence immmigration. Hence a terrible education. Of course, Uncle Tom voted right along with them, and I'm sure Condi would too. All their tokens together.

Worst President Ever
We all knew it, regardless, but cheers to all the dipshits who voted for this guy. We've now seen, just this week, 4 Supreme Court cases decided that have limited free speech, except for big business, continued to undermine fair elections, and now set our educational system back to a time before Brown.
Republicans don't see race...and now, they'll do their best to make sure their kids don't either!
So great.

Makes Me Wonder
I can't help but wonder, having just read these two articles (1 & 2) about the Supreme Court's most recent rulings, had the student in Alaska purchased a corporate billboard, say an Eller or a Clear Channel, instead of just having made a sign on a sheet, he probably would have won his case!
