Uh Huh

Bush, responding to the price of gas:
he president again pinned the prospect of oil drilling off the coastline — considered a long-term energy solution — to today's high gas prices for consumers.

"The American people are rightly frustrated by the failure of the Democratic leaders in Congress to enact commonsense solutions," the president said.
Man, oh man, is he right. Because that's all I hear is people blaming CONGRESS for the price of oil...

It's not only that he says these stupid things, but that there's someone who tells him to actually say this, and then he does. Pretty amazing.

And to Think

He was supporting Big Oil. No wonder?
Government sources tell CBS News Republican Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens has been indicted on seven charges related to a corruption probe.

A federal grand jury in Washington has handed up the indictment against Stevens -- which the Justice Department is set to announce very shortly.

Stevens, 84, faces seven counts of false statements involving VECO, the oil services company in Alaska, and the renovations done on his home.
A good American, working for you.

If only he had been MORE conservative.

Just wondering, at what point do you actually take that American Flag pin off?

Wondering

If when McCain's doctor told him, "We need to remove the brown skin..."

He said, "Okay, but I won't admit I knew about any of this..."

Sorry, Again

It's the fault of Democrats...
