Did Black People Just Buy Pontiacs?

I ask this because excitement is clearly in the air. The black race has just gone from being considered second class by 9 of 10 Republicans, assuming you can't throw a ball hard or far, to being the ELITE CLASS!

It didn't even take a black man becoming President. All it took was the chance that one could become top dawg, and that's it, elitist.

Clarence Thomas must be rolling over in his catatonic state. He went to a really good college, not Ivy League, but a really good school, which has kept him out of the elite class. And then there's JC Watts, who, like I mentioned earlier, played football at Oklahoma. But now you have the Ivy League Brotha, and he has lifted "you people" to another place.

The few, the proud, the elite. The blacks.

Sorry, Missed It

Once again, I did not watch McCain speak last night, the same way I didn't watch Obama because no speech, written by someone else, delivered by a politician I know a lot about already matters to me.

All I want to know is this:

The people hootin' and hollerin' for John McCain told us George W. Bush was great. They gave him to us twice. They were wrong. They voted for Bush OVER McCain in 2000, but now we're to believe JOHN McCAIN IS THE ANSWER? You just voted for the worst President of all time, twice, but now I should listen to what you say? Sorry, doesn't make much sense.

Taking it further, the same people loving McCain ended up with McCain by default! This guy was trailing every other disastrous candidate you put forward, and then when the curtain was lifted, you ended up with McCain, who is about 3-4 years older than the actual wizard.

Senator John S. McCain is a clown, driven only by his desire to be President, who consistently takes easy positions that he and his hordes pretend are difficult ones. I have no faith that he will make THE WORLD a better place.

WOW!

So I receive two texts last night from two people, who combined, may have the credits to have graduated from one college, saying, "What are the Democrats going to do now?!?!?" and "start blogging!"

First off, I don't watch conventions. If you think they really make a difference in a country where citizens' attention span can't even get them to remember anything past the coming weekend, you're crazy.

Also, these things are for believers. Debates sway the middle ground voters, as well as upcoming news.

Would I be shocked this woman who no one knows can read a great speech? No! That's why they chose her! On paper, she could make a difference. In reality, she won't.

It's ridiculous that liberals would get upset about Palin's teenage daughter being pregnant, and having a baby.
