TV Appearance

Nothing made me more sick than when President Bush would hold these speeches from the Oval Office to discuss the Iraq War. The world stopped for the first time, and each time there after as well, just not as much. If that's how you get peoples' attention, then it's something Obama should be doing, but the topic should be HEALTH CARE!

How much more important is HEALTH CARE than that fucking war? How much more money was wasted on that war than would be spent usefully on HEALTH CARE?

Get behind that desk, and speak to Americans about the most important issue affecting the country right now.

Take control of this shit, bro.

Rush

I happened to hear Rush Limbaugh for about 2 minutes today as I drove my lazy ass from my apartment to the gym. He was waxing about "the left's" hatred of Palin, and how they (the left) were clearly frightened of a Palin candidacy for "obvious reasons."

Allow me to speak to this.

I don't hate Palin anymore than I hate any other lying, obnoxious, hypocritical, condescending person I've ever seen in the media spotlight. At the same time, I do not find her act charming, nor do I any longer find it to be an act at all. My dislike for Palin rests less on her shoulders than it does for the PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT HER.

I could give two shits if Palin came or went, and I do not give her much of a chance at winning the Republican Ticket in 2012. If she does it says a hell of a lot about the state of that party. My issue with Palin is really an issue with the people in this country, and my fear that many of the US citizens are THAT DUMB!

The fact that people actually buy into her whole thing is what gets under my skin and could potentially keep me awake at night; not that she has a "whole thing." Have your thing, it is what it is. But to see people rallying around that thing, and supporting that thing is what freaks me out.

I am not bashing Palin because she's cunt-whore-bitch who is always condescending, even if she is. I am bashing her, and countless others are as well (I hope), to show people who she really is, and what they're really supporting. She is the art and I am the critic, nothing more, nothing else. Pointing out her absurdities is an exercise meant to educate. If people cannot see who she is, what she's all about, and what she represents, if the media cannot put that on display, if writers are unable to convince people of the truth, THEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM!

AND THAT'S MY PROBLEM WITH PALIN! Her supporters do not give a shit about the truth!
